TENANT NEEDS HAVE BEEN AVOIDED

The very fact that I have already sent emails and made contact with the Just Letting Portfolio Manager with regards to the repairs in the house has left me with a very unprofessional taste from the agency.<br> <br> My complaint is for the complaint of maintenance . The longer you leave a problem the worse it becomes and no-one has taken the initiative to resolve the matter. I am appalled by the responses and lack of professionalism by the renting agents and the Body Corps mannerism in which they handle problems and not provide solutions.<br> <br> I have taken this into my own hands and got the job done with the best suitable price and this is still not good enough. <br> <br> Why can't the Body Corp see that the job has been done and reach a conclusion to this matter going forward. <br> <br> I am not impressed with the portfolio manager as she was aware of these issue's from 2 March 2015 and it is now July!<br> Result : Fixing what needed to be done and deducting the amount from the Rent Monthly amount as a result of the slow process in assisting tenant.<br> When an issue was brought to the Portfolio manager she did not provide any feedback as to how this should be sorted out.<br> <br> - Alisha Petzer, Tenant
