Still waiting on our DEPOSIT

Completely FED UP, with this agency!<br> We stayed in the premises for 6yrs, landlord decided to sell.We were asked if we would accommodate the new owner and move out before the lease was up, which we agreed. We moved out on the 30 December 2015, they only did exit inspection on the 6 Jan 2016 and collected the keys.<br> <br> Till this day we are still waiting for our deposit, calls are never answered, emails are never rep**** too...I have emailed, Charmaine, Amanda, the accounts department and customer service, and no reply, if you call no one is there, what type of agency is this no one is EVER there.<br> <br> I highly suggest that NO ONE EVER uses this agent, as you don't get your money back, nor do they have the decadency to reply or update you! Don't fall victim to them, rather use another agency!<br> Unless you can afford to not get your deposit back.<br> <br> Disgusted at there service.<br>
