STAY AWAY from JUST Property Stellenbosch for student accommodation.
Stay away from Just Property Stellenbosch for student accommodation. They charge ridiculous fees and then they deduct R1040 for deposit release fee and 798 for Bank transfer Fee on deposit refund. The inspection fee is also ridiculous (450 x3 for one flat) and to make it worse - all 3 tenants for one flat will each pay these costs. How do they get away with this
