Stay away from Just Property

Just property brakpan/benoni is the biggest bunch of incomponent ******** in the business!.. They charge you an extra R100 pm on top of advertised rental amount, for what? To send a copy of an invoice?..

They only notified me the house I was going to rent is in the market to be sold on the day I signed my lease, after paying deposit and all.. Then they gave me 60 days notice to move because the house I rented was sold 6 months after renting. I got a place to stay after 30 days and told them I'll be moving, which they then refused to pay my deposit back and incur 3 months rent penalty because I was moving within 30 days and not 60.. Hello? You gave me notice to vacate and I have 60 days to do so, so when I make a plan to vacate 30 days later you want to penalize me?.. It's because they still wanted to get 2 months rent out of me.

On the day of the out inspection, one of the agents actually notified me that the house was not yet sold, so I was basically *********ed to stay there for a whole month for no apparent reason except to pay them rent and pay the utilities..

Now they want to rip me off with my deposit refund because I didn't empty the dustbin?.. And they charge R600 to sweep the yard? And R1350 to wipe some dust from the windows?.. ****** leaches.. I left the damn place in a better state than what I received it.

Just property.. 'just' stay away..
