STAY AWAY

RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!! I rented a flat through Just Property Burgundy Estate. What a bunch of *********... They claim ALL the expenses from the tenant (from cancellation fees to re-painting of unit at inflated prices). They quoted me R3000 to paint 2 x bedrooms of 7m2 each?! My advice when dealing with them: Take the legal route if you are being cheated. They try their luck. Time they take some responsibility.
