Shocking service Just Letting

I am currently going through a divorce ( married in community of property). The property is in my name and my husbands. Just Letting on behalf of my husband , drew up a contract and decided to rent out my property without informing me and decided to ignore the fact that they did not have my signature. Once informing them about this they were dreadfully sorry (claiming they did not know) Come on just Letting this is the nature of your business . Is it not? Due to the fact been married in community and my husband was not supposed to receive full rental (and he was not paying home bond) they promised to keep the rental in a trust. My attorney confirmed with them that this money should be paid to bond. Just Letting took it upon themselves to ignore lawyers and paid all the rental in the trust to my husband. He then pocketed the money and did not pay the bond. The bank is now in the process of wanting to repossess the property. <br> Just Letting has just sent a message now saying they gave the deposit back to tenants as owners couldn't't decide where it went. Shocking Just Letting. <br>
