SHOCKING SERVICE - HERM****

It's a pity I can't allocate "0" stars to my experience because the customer service from Just Property Herm**** was truly shocking and in hindsight, I should have chosen another Agency. The Agent on our sale, actually "candidate property practitioner" really didn't care much for communication and between her and the owner we had to beg for basic information (possibly her exorbitant commission). A serious leak in the roof was clearly something they thought to discuss between themselves and when we asked for updates, the Agent gave us an ultimatum from the owner. The Agent knew that the transaction was time-sensitive, but her lackluster attitude was really shocking and soured the relationship. She didn't have the skills to manage expectations and communicate effectively, the transferring attorney stepped in briefly only to reiterate that it is not her job to deal with certain issues.
