Shocking - Just Property Prosper.
Shocking service! Moved into MontBard Estate. Promises were made to have a couple of things fixed, Moved into Unit 17 March 2026 and since nothing has happened. I gave plenty of time, zero progress has been made.
The unit should not have been made available until all defects have been rectified. This should be common sense.
Couple of days moving in, we get served a summons because the landlord is R16500 in arrears on their levies!!!!! Our previous apartment we had to vacate cause landlord cannot afford their bond anymore.
2 stars given only because Sean, the agent, was amazing and helped where he could.
