Shocking customer service agent doesn’t even answer the phone.!

Now I see, this business has the reviews it doesn’t even deserve one star. Dealing with the Atlantic Seaboard branch, three different agents in one year, no internal business process, no correct handing over of snag lists, my daughter is being so bul**** after being messed around about a lease extension than having to find a place in December to accommodate the Landlord, told by the agent the other flat isn’t ready don’t move yet, and now being penalized for moving an hour late. The apartment was in a shocking condition when she moved in, snag lost noted this. We are now day 20, only getting ridiculous, conflicting to the out going inspection report reasons, why we must repaint the entire flat and replace blinds. Shocking! Never rent or but from this agency and furthermore report them to the rental tribunal for unfair practice, and failure to release deposits!
