I been dealing with one of your most rude and uncivil agent Shalin from your queensburgh branch she advised that the landlord of the property we viewed to rent had required documents before we could even send all documents she advised the landlord declined the application she is full of attitude and under hands deals i would appreciate if someone from head office gets back to me asap!
