Service Non-Existent unless I withhold my rent

<p>I have had so many challenges related to Just Letting in BFN. Since Oct last year I struggle to get contractors to the house. When I withhold payment of my rent, then only will they start to jump around to get people to my house. I have phoned their area manager who is even more useless. He requested that I send him an email with all my challenges. I never heard from him again. I incurred personal and financial damages due to non-service and all they do is say "you cannot withhold payment because of defaults to the property". In many cases I was in communication with the owners of the property. The owners even informed me that they were not even aware of some of the challenges that I had raised.</p>
