Serious Communication Issues

Some of the poorest service and communication I have ever experienced in my life. It takes months to get a response from anyone, our original agent **** to us many times which almost caused a delay in our move. Our current agent has the tendency to respond very late, sometimes months later.

Not acceptable, I do not feel as if I can trust the company at all.
