Security deposit from just property

I was renting out a bachelor flat from them as from April 2023 I paid rent and security deposit upfront and I had to move out end of January due to work transfer and i did not put on notice however I informed them it was short notice to me too, i have been following up with them ever since February started , on the 9th February they requested my banking details saying they inspected the flat and all is in order they will process the security deposit refund during the weekend until today , i followed up again to ask when can I expect the funds in my account their assistance said she’s sick and she is not giving me the exact date / time , i am so frustrated because i need to pay balance on the new flat
