Rude and Unprofessional rental agent

I have never ever in my life been treated by an agent like Ursula Sim. She is the most unprofessional and rude agent and not competent at all. .The way she wrote emails with statements like 'SUIT YOURSELF' and 'what did you expect?' are not professional. She makes false statements and untrue facts. She doesn't know what she's talking about and because of that we had to move in less than 3 months. They refuse to pay back our rental monies which we paid six months in advance - outstanding now is 3 months = R49 500.00. When we viewed the house and said we are interested in renting it, there was another tenant in the flat. The agent told us we can give her one month's notice. First of all we can't do that, because her lease contract is not with us. Second of all, when we asked the landlord to give the tenant notice, because we need the flat - which they knew from day one, we heard that she can't do that because they are friends for 15 years and her contract only expires in December 2017. We told them we need the flat for working and my mother will come and stay with us later the year. Until we moved in, there was no problem with that. After the contract was signed by my partner, nobody wants to take responsibility for the other tenant. We paid the rental 6 (six) months in advance. When we decide to move, purely because we need more space and we don't have any privacy with somebody else staying on the property, the agent refused to pay back the rental monies plus the interest. We never received any invoices for monies paid - municipality services, rental, deposit - nothing. The ingoing inspection list wasn't done jointly with us and was laying at our place for almost a month before the agent's previous employer come to collect it. Up until the exit inspection we never saw the list again, it was unprofessional with remarks, crossed out and notes all over the place - some of them from us, but nobody checked it. After we left, we repaint the walls and because we hanged pictures, they want us to repaint all the walls because of so called "spots". In the meanwhile there were large cracks in the walls, dirty marks and glue all over the house and the bathroom cupboard was disgusting with wet damp and black spots. (I do have photos) I really want to say that please be careful when this agent is renting or selling your house. Even her employer is coming up for her, without doing anything to solve the problem..... In the mean while we had to listen / read remarks that is rude and unprofessional.
