****** and Cheated of my deposit

<p>I have had the worst experience with Just Property in Midrand, i was doing an application with them to rent a place and during the process i sent in a deposit.</p> <p>the application came back declined as my credit record wasnt good enough and i was asked to send my banking details for a refund.</p> <p>Now since they havent found a person to take th eplace they are holding me liable. i hadnt signed a lease so they refuse to pay back my money. Just Property Midrand has the worse service. the Agent is no longer taking my calls or responding to my messages.</p> <p>DONT USE JUST PROPERY MIDRAND</p>
