Review for Just Property - Rental Experience

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Just Property, specifically with agent Courtney Du Preez. My family and I are interested in renting a duplex property in Overbaakens, listed at R7700 per month, and have been trying to get assistance for nearly a week now. My husband initially reached out to Courtney, but despite multiple messages, she completely ignored him. I then contacted her five days ago, and it took three days for her to respond. When she finally did, she promised to send a video of the property but has yet to follow through. When I asked her for a specific date or time to expect the video, she simply said she would send it “soon,” with no commitment.

This has been incredibly frustrating. We are relocating to Port Elizabeth in less than three weeks, and this lack of communication and disregard for our needs is unacceptable. It feels as though the agent is picking and choosing who she wants to assist. As someone who has always approached agents with patience and understanding, I find this level of service unprofessional and disrespectful.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, we cannot recommend Just Property or this agent to anyone looking for reliable and responsive assistance. We hope the agency will take steps to ensure fair and courteous service for all clients in the future.
