Rental wanted

<p>We wanted to rent a cottage, we were taken to view, and we said we would love to take the cottage. The owner did not give any indication that she did not like my mother. The agent said great , gave us a contract and 2 days later when we wanted to send contract and pay the deposit, we were told NO, Sorry she rented it to someone else. Mmm, sounded odd but fine, then i went onto the site a few weeks later as i am still searching for a place for my Mom and saw the property is still there. I emailed the agent ( Donald ) asking why as he told me it was rented out. His reply to me was " The owner did not approve you guys. As you know she was present " WHAT???? This is not true as why would you give us the contract and she never said anything. AND YOU said it was rented out. WORST SERVICE EVER. </p>
