Rental property in Paarl

Over a month into my rental with Just Property and my house still does not have a stove and oven, also no blind in the second bedroom so it's not usable (yet, I must pay full rental), completely neglected garden in a complex where all other gardens are maintained and a badly leaking garden tap which wastes at least half of the water, water which I must pay for. Very unhappy and frustrated tenant plus I keep requesting that the agent call me to put a time-line to resolve all of the above issues. Still have not received a call, three weeks!
