Rental Deposit *******

This has been the worst renting experince I have ever had and I have been renting with various agencies.

I was renting a two bedroom property in Mooikloof Pretoria East and almost 90% of my depost is being held back for "repairs" in the house.

When I reviewed thebreakdown of what I am being charged I relase that the costs are exuberant (I was charged over 2k to repaint two walls in the in the lounge ) I requested a second option and was told they only use one contractor for their repairs.

This is day-light roberry and will never rent through Just Property and will discourage everyone who cares to listen from doing the same.
