Rental company... What a joke

I do not like rental agents over all.... But they have been the worst in a long time, home gate not working properly, toilet leaking, garage cant lock... And what do they do... Well its not their property or safety so why would they care! As long as you pay your rent and you just say yes and please thats all. The fact that this is allowed in SA and the fact that people get away with it is actually sad. Yoiu miss a months payment and they will have lawyers on you the next day but they can take their time to make sure you live SAFE? In a country like SA? Man what an amazing experience.... I can honestly say a rental agent is a joke
