Rent Deposit Never Returned

We have vacated our rented apartment on 1 April 2017. We were advised Just Property that it would take 21 days to finalise our deposit amount to be returned. However, after numerous complaints, six months later, we have still not received our deposit back. Just Property is clearly not a trustworthy company to deal with and I advise others to beware of their false promises.
