Refusing to pay back deposit money Kimberley branch

Kimberley branch just property when they take your deposit money they wanted fast and they don't give what they promised to you when we go and check the place was having a garage to park but when we had to move in the is an issue with garage someone is parking on my garage and ****roach are too much on that flat but i have to stay because that time i didn't have a place to stay everyday we use doom when cook we make sure we put away our food immediately so it was a difficult situation i had but i stayed the for 3 months with out garage and paying extra for parking so in the middle of month of February i had to leave from the province so i found someone to stay on my flat to pay rent of March and now they told me i owe rent for March but the is someone who is staying on my flat now on the 12/03/2019 they told me i owe them rent and i asked the on the 01/03/2019 that why am still getting the emails about the rent they said to me i don't have to worry everything i just am still on their system that's why am getting emails and last week i asked them about my deposit they said they will pay me but this week different story the service i got now is bad
