Refund

Good day<br> <br> I have a problem with the agent for just letting I book a place with them in CAPE TOWN, everything was fine and was told about the breakage fee that was supposed to be refunded back to me during check out but that did not happen, I phoned the person responsible she said she'll deposit the money in a weeks time till today it hasn't happened. <br> <br> Every time I phone her she says I'll do it ,I'll do it, its been a month and half now still nothing, what I want to know now is are they running a **** or what??
