Reasonable cost my....

<p>The service we received from this agency has left a very bad taste in our mouths. They tried everything to pay as little of the deposit back as possible. The lease agreement we signed read that repairs & restoration would be done at a reasonable cost but they charged us R115 to replace a light bulb. What reasonable person would pay R115 for a light bulb. they also only make use of one agency to do all the repairs at an exhorbitant cost charging R1650 to paint a 6 square metre room with pvc paint. There is nothing reasonable about the cost that they charge to have restoration work done even though they bragged to the new tennants that the place was left in an immaculate condition. i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy </p>
