RATS in the apartment. Health hazard.

They are ****** and don't care about BLACK people. Someone came to my apartment and drilled a HUGE whole on the wall and left it that way for weeks. The apartment started getting RATS because they came through that whole and once I reported it they did nothing. Their agents don't care.
