****** in this day and age...really

I'm saddened by the level of integrity, that an organization like this has! Does it matter that you didn't take the time to find out what I as consumer wants...yes! You representatives are extremely ****** - I called looking for a place and after only a few irrelevant question, you lady said I wont qualify and the place is not available anyway. I asked another person to call and all of a sudden it was available. I though perhaps circumstance could have changed and I took it lightly. I saw another property and called and again I got the same response, did the same thing and asked a friend to call and guess what it was available! I being extremely upset, chatted to a few people about it only to find this has been happening. Just letting is a ****** company in this day an age, they need to fathom that MONEY does not have colour, creed or race! Utterly disgusted! There are 2 women agents that have no skill and are rude!
