I insured my uncle Sam Ncapai he passed on and on Monday afternoon I emailed my claim documents and on Tuesday morning they confirmed that they received my documents and they are assessing them when I call them there is nobody to pick up the phone, on Wednesday I wrote an email to them checking the status of my claim they responded that the under writer which is African unity is processing the claim up to this and the feedback will be given, up to this moment there is nothing that I have heard from them and today my uncle has been laid to rest. The reason why I took the policy with them they said they pay after 48 hrs after you have submitted all the necessary documents. Ican be pleased if I can be assisted in getting my claim of 10000 because I have made credits to cover expenses of the funeral
