Property not managed for landlord

I pay just letting westville a monthly fee to manage my rental property. The tenant defaulted on rent for 4 months and I wasn't informed, rental insurance was paid out in this time so I was unaware of the issue Now rent secure will no longer pay. I am left high and dry with a tenant who doesn't pay. They also don't manage the electricity account when they should. I always have to chase them for updates and info. They are hard to get hold of and are famous for not returning calls. Don't believe their claims of rental cover, if a tenant defaults they will claim their deposit leaving you with no cover should there be any damage to your property. I regret ever signing a lease with them. Landlords beware. Don't use just letting westville.
