Property in a indesirable state

We recently brought a property in George, and the yard was overgrown with ****s, grass and full of dirty. We were assured that the yard will be cleaned before we moved in. A person was paid to clean the yard by the previous owner but nothing was done. We eventually moved in and had to hire people to clean the yard. When then contacted the agent we dealt with Sarel, but he hasn't been a help at all. This is bad service as we have to follow up on the refund and yet we paid up well. Can you advise us of way forward as this is disappointing for a reputable company like yours. Regards Fisani
