Poor service. Over promise and under deliver.

<p>We were promised a flat to rent by the agent however it was let out to another person. The landlord wanted us to rent his flat however because the agent was greedy for sales, he let it out to someone else. This was all done without us or the landlord knowing. The agent was very rude and unfriendly.</p>
