Poor service is an understatement

Letting a house from Just Property Kalahari. We have to pay for a monthly service fee for *********** service received. Above all incompetence, the agent (Nodine Stroebel) does not care about her clients at all. The signed lease contract by owner was only received a month after we have moved into the house already (End of August 2018). Normally these contracts are received before a tentant moves in. We had to ask them 4 times to send the email with the contract. The owner advised us that the contract was signed mid July 2018 already. After constantly phoning and emailing for the contract, we get a negative attitude from the agent for not doing HER work properly. Why do we pay service fees then?

What the agents say and what they actually do is a total different story. Poor admin is the cause for mix ups and the clients are the ones that face the consequences.

It was scheduled for us to move in on 28 July from Johannesburg into our home in Kathu. While on our way to Kathu fro JHB we are advised not to move in, aftre phoning to check if all is in order, because the current tentants are still busy moving and will only be out by 30 July. Agreement was reached to move in 28 July even though the contract would start from 1 August 2018. No repairs was done on the house for damages caused by the previous tentants, the owner had to pay for basic repairs, because Just Property took all penalties from the previous tentants' deposit to cover their own costs this was confirmed by the owner.

After the cleaning service was arranged by JPG for an extremely dirty house, we still had to clean up the place. Nobody would be able to use the oven even after 2 times it was cleaned by th ecleaning services. Photos can be provided to show what type of "cleaning" is done. Arrangements and agreements was made separately with the owner of the house regarding all outstanding repairs.

This company would not be recommended to be used as a service provider. If you want to put your house up for rent, please rather do it privately or through any other agency. You might be able to get service from them.
