Poor service Im getting from Just Property

Dissatisfied with the service I am getting from Just Property in Kimberley 21 carter's road with getting back my deposits after putting in a month's notice and leaving the rental apartment as it was. Now I am being sent from pillar to post it is almost a month since I have moved out now and still nothing. When I call they don't pick my calls but when I try them with the different number they pick it up and I constantly have to tell one story over and over again and they be like ohh yah we know about you after that they asked me to send them a WhatsApp text with all the emails that I have sent to them then they will get back to me even today Im still waiting they just blue tick me. I've never got an Email or a call from them asking me for my banking details or anything it is been 20 days now
