POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>Just property has been renting out my house for more than 10 years. % years ago they supervised the renovation of my house. When the old tenants moved out it was found that the furniture was not move to paint behind it. After several months and meetings with the staff and management it was agreed that they would refund me for the repainting, which never hapened. I left them and moved to another rental agency. When they took over and did inspection it was found that the damage by the now previous tennants was never fixed. That include chip marks on tiles caused by playing darts.</p> <p>If someone could give me advice on what to do it will be apreciated.</p>
