Poor service and false adverti*****t

So disgusted by the service received from Just Letting, sending this on behalf of my Mom and Sister, they recently moved to Durban and they signed a contract with Sandesh which he promised us over the phone that the place we about to rent is suitable or our needs, just to get there and it's not what he promised them. He said the house will be in a safe place and that is not the case, we asked for a house closer to where they will be working but the house is still far. My Mom and my sister told him that they are not happy with their place and want their money back, he has been taking us east to west and we getting the feeling that we won get the refund back, R16000 is a lot of money and we need that money so we can be searching for a better house.
