poor service

This is a **** property agent!! i have made booking in July 2021 and Nicole from Just property advised me that the place we booked has a problem as per the owner so there will advise me once it is ready, in October i emailed her and i was assistance by Dominique and there want to charge me more than what was quotes because it was peak season, refused to to pay more than what i was quoted as a result there advised me that i just cancel the booking and i will be charged R250 for their stupid misateke that there put an advert on Safari while the house has leakage..

i am so disappointed with the service i received from them, i am suffering from depression and anxiety because of all this dram happened and i have lost my money.
