Poor Service...

<p>We took occupation of our flat at the start of May 2016. In good faith, we comp**** in every aspect to the requirements as set out. (Paid all the necessary deposits, etc.) We found the flat in a poor state and proceeded to clean/prepare the unit so that we could at least get by until the larger concerns were resolved. These issues were documented and photographed with the promise that it will be resolved without delay. To date however, no repairs have been done... </p> <p>The list of issues are as follows: </p> <p>The stove, oven and extarction fan is in such poor state that it cannot be used. We have not been able to cook in the flat since we moved in. </p> <p>The toilet is leaking every time it is flushed making the flat smell like effluent.<br /> Grease residue is still visible on the kitchen cupboards from the cooking. We have spent many hours trying to clean this but it seems un-cleanable.</p> <p>Bad water damage on the wall and ceiling in bathroom and the main bedroom ceiling.</p> <p>The whole flat needs a repaint to cover the pencil drawings on the wall (and doors) and to improve the general poor state of interior walls.</p> <p>Plus.... a number of other smaller issues</p> <p> </p> <p>There is little urgency from Just Letting to rectify our concerns.</p>
