Poor service

At first we rented a property outside Kathu, which the agent had to inspect twice, since all the defaults were not noted. They also did not inform us that a monthly tenant fee will be added to the rent. Due to personal reasons we had to cancel the agreement. After requesting the agent what the amount would be, he said "it should not be too much". I requested it in writing. They provided us with two different quotes - we had to follow up more than 3 times to ascertain which one is the actual cancellation cost! They had all our detail on file, since we had an agreement with them. I then wanted to rent another flat from them - having to supply ALL supporting documents again. After viewing the property, immediately the agent wanted to do the agreement, failing to adhere to the queries I had. We signed the offer, still having certain issues though. We requested inspection on the new property more than 4 times - with no feedback from the agent. Two days before the occupation date, we have been informed that the financials were not explained properly, we have not received a signed copy to say that the agreement was entered into, nor was it arranged for an inspection. We then cancelled all operations and had to store our furniture since we did not have alternative accommodation. The agents have still not communicated with regard to the deposit, nor have they acknowledged receipt of the email stating that there was not consensus between the parties and that there was consequently no agreement.
