POOR MANAGEMENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

In April one of the Just Property employees drove into my vehicle left me struggling with financial cost that amounted to almost R60000.00+ not once did I receive a call or follow up from a manager or anyone in this regard to ask me if I'm fine or not. They've been giving me problems paying me back the funds I spend already and this is apparently seen as a reputable group of employees. How is it possible if you see one of your company cars have been damaged you don't ask questions or do a follow up! So the underlying issue is that I would like the company/employee to take responsibility and for management to play their role. I'm currently in the housing market but will surely not use them as I've already seen the poor quality of business and is this really the type of company one wants to do business with?
