rented out a unit with Just Property, the unit went licking from the roof for 4 months with no communication from the agent, moved out with damaged items and i was told they is nothing they can do, received my deposit refund R500 less with no explaination, according to the lady who did the inspection it was for cleaning however she had no supporting documents. The maintenance guy Felix never response and you will always have to chase him to get feedback.If you looking to buy,sell or even rent around Midrand, stay away from Just property or you will have endless headaches.
