Physical assault on us as tenant-approval!!

We had been granted an extra day at our House, just to await the new home we app**** for.Agent Nombuso was self claimed now 'frustrated'. And frankly, so were we. After multiple threats to us, she returned to our home whilst packing-with her husband who was apparently here to 'eff my husband up'-quote from Nombuso. We were horribly insulted and intimidated, as were our staff. Nombuso then started screaming at us, and PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BOTH MY SISTER AND I!! She then grabbed our glassware out of our already packed boxes and began throwing it at us. She was completely out of control, an her husband could not control her! We then wasted no time in contacting the police. When we arrived at just lettings office, Nombuso,her husband,Mariska &natasha then locked themselves up in an office-'discussing'. Natasha then said-if you just moved yesterday she wouldn't have had to do this to you! , and Mariska said-I don't want to hear it, your husband was rude to her and said she's cheap! <br> <br> After being physically assaulted,having our property destroyed by her, this was what we were consoled by. We are now dealing with an advocate thankfully. The most DISGUSTING situation we have seen!!!
