Good day<br> <br> We rented a house from just letting Rustenburg. But now moved out due to the fact that we brought our own home. We followed all the right steps the stop the contract. We gave them 30day notes the we were going to move.<br> <br> On the 22/01/2016 we moved out of the house in caya belle complex to our own home. They come to inspect the property and found some faults, which were repaired asps. And the where happy with the way the house was left. <br> On the same day we received an email from the owner of the house with a list of demands. That was out of the scope. We were help responsibly to fix wear and tear on the house. That just letting informed me was not my problem to fix. But still we are been held responsible to fix it. <br> While we lived in the house we had a problem with the garage door, we phoned Karin from just letting to inform her that we need it fixed asps and we had east rand fencing out to repair the door. We paid the cost and wanted to claim it back from them. Now they don't seem to find a paper trail only the invoice from east rand fencing that state the work was done at sunset palm nr7? That's proof the door was repaired? <br> <br> We don't seem to come to a point with this.<br>
