Pathetic service

Does anyone work at this company??

I've reported an issue via the official channel which we were asked to use - communicated before via email, however I never seem to get any reponse. Issues logged more than 6 months ago have gone unattended, and today I have a more pressing issue - water leaking from our ceiling, and have made several attempts to get in touch with ANYONE at this company with no luck. The N1 city branch that apparently governs the apartments we stay in isn't even listed on their own website. *** is going here? I get charged money every month for you guys to manage this stuff when it comes up. START DOING YOUR JOB!!!!
