Pathetic attitude, no service at all

I REGRET SIGNING... Im renting a property for r6155 in Riverside View. In june i reported plumbing issues... no one attended to them.. the plumbing issues go worse so i asked for a plumber in july. The landlord sends me this message "In future advice me on time when there is a problem or you are one.... I don't have these people on speed dial and ready for me" -- mind you, this is a month after i told them aboutthe pipes (now im told im the problem) this is what i get for paying r6155 monthly rent. This is what i get for asking for a plumber. Before i signed my lease i asked for the property to have a wall and gate because i will live with a child, the sales agent assured me that the landlord would build the wall by end of may / june. To date i dont have a gate on this property. I reported other maintenance issues but still havent been attended to, the issues are getting worse but im not getting any response from this company. It has been weeks now. Its embarrassing to tell people how much you pay when they see the service youre NOT getting and how you are treated when you ask for help...bottom line : this is a pathetic experience, please learn from my mistake !!!
