Owners should aviod Just Letting

Just Letting delivers no service. They allowed my tenant to move in before the lease was signed. It took weeks of me sending the lease up and down before all the pages were signed. They did not do proper inspections so the townhouse was a mess when the tenant left. They were not able to find a new tenant before she left despite having 10 months warning.The repairs they undertook to make were done slowly and badly. Their handyman simply left a door open that he was unable to fix without telling me. My 19 year old son fixed it in 15 min two days later when I found out. They promised to get back money owed to me from the tenant but have not done so. As far as I can tell they owe me money as well but I can't be certain as they have not yet sent me a proper statement. In addition they have ignored my frequent e-mails and queries. Rather pay more and have your property actually looked after.
