Outrageous

Was renting with the mentioned agency in Richards Bay, moved out of the place end of June 2015, and was supposed to get my deposit 7 days later and today is the 22/07/2015 still no deposit and when I called and spoke to Elize she told me they had problems with their e-mails and she will speak to their principal and today they told me the principal is sick and right now am out of options
