Not refunded the tenants

I am totally and utterly disgusted with this letting agency. We vacated the apartment end of October and up until today we have not received our deposit back. Do not rent via this agency, you will never see your money. I am waiting and our next step will be the Estate Agency Board. Please take a word of Advice do not rent via Just Property Group.
