Not attending an appointment & agents unresponsive

Had an appointment with an agent Nathan Scott to view an apartment on Sunday the 20th September at 11:00 AM. On arriving I sent a SMS to let Nathan know that we were at arranged appointment & were 15 minutes early. Waited till 11:15 AM & phoned Nathan but his cellphone was off. Waited for a hour longer & left numerous messages & to date still have not heard a word from agent. This is now the 2nd agent in this company (the other agent being Shona Mason) that has been unresponsive, that beats around the bush & gives their clients the run around.
