NON REFUNDING OF DEPOSIT

Good day, I am very disappointed in the service I receive from Just Property Group @ 283 Durban Road Bellville. I move out of a house in 56 Sunset views, Uitzicht, Kraaifontein on the 30 November 2015, not because I wanted to but because Just Property Group messed up and just assumed I am not going to renew my contract! <br> <br> Numerously I enquired about my deposit (proof of follow up e-mails attached hereto) and the person who is the manager and who is supposed to transfer the money to my account just ignore my Portfolio Manager's e-mails. I am unable to secure another rental place without a deposit and in terms of my contract with Just Property Group my deposit should have been refunded within 7 working days of my vacating the premises. Today is already 15 days.<br> <br> I have been made aware that the offices of Just Property Group will be closed for the period 16 December 2015 to 28th December 2015.<br> <br> Please can you assist<br> <br> thanks Susan
