No service delivery and ********* & unprofessional

Just letting south found an \appropriate\" tenant to move in to our property in April 2013. Ingoing inspection was done and thereafter interim inspections. Damages/findings were NEVER followed up and/or repaired as is supposed to be after 7 days. On the 6th dec 2015 tenant left without notice or payment of rent. I am in the country for holidays and went into the property. It was in a horrific state. We notified just letting immediately and asked as to why the condition of the house is such if they had been doing inspections. We were then told that they had lost the Ingoing inspection and \"thought\" that they had been doing repairs to the findings. So we had R11000 tenant deposit to try rectify the situation. We agreed that Just lettings contractor could do repairs and we were given a estimate cost of UNDER R11000. Repairs only started 26th JANUARY 2016 and abruptly terminated on 31st Jan. I called Kobus at just letting and he said that I must LICK HIS ASS if I could fix the property for R11000. It has been a constant battle and they keep deducting costs which we NEVER agreed to from our rent from the new tenant. Mails remain unanswered. Extremely unprofessional and *********!!!!!"
