No Service

I have been battling with Just Letting Krugersdorp / Randfontein branch on and off for about three years now, why I have stayed with them for so long I don't know. I find their service shocking and worst of all I am paying them for this bad service!! No more. Feedback is promised every time (excuse after excuse) and I find myself having to follow up week after week. The department also do not talk to one another i.e. maintenance and payments and you find that when you speak to the ne person they always claim that they do not know about the query.
